**The Role:** We are seeking a **Senior QA Engineer** to join our engineering community and contribute to the development of next\-generation platforms powered by GenAI. These platforms provide essential insights to global clients, helping them grow their brands and understand consumers on a deeper level. As part of a high\-impact team, you will collaborate with developers, testers, product owners, and architects to ensure that solutions are robust, scalable, and adaptable to emerging technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for a QA professional who is passionate about quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Design and write test cases at the start of each sprint. * Conduct end\-to\-end regression testing on complex applications. * Develop and maintain automated test scripts (preferably using Microsoft Playwright). * Collaborate with development teams and product owners to define and manage test scenarios for new features and production\-related issues. * Perform functional, UI, regression, and unit testing across browsers and mobile devices. * Communicate, prioritize, and track test execution and defect resolution. * Coordinate and support offshore QA team members. * Provide demos and lead knowledge transfer sessions with stakeholders and team members. * Report system deficiencies to the development team and support resolution processes. * Manage multiple testing assignments simultaneously, with strong time and task management. * Contribute creatively and proactively to ensure software quality and delivery excellence. **Requirements:** * 5\+ years of experience in QA and software testing across the full testing lifecycle. * Strong knowledge of SQL, .NET, Web Services, and API integration. * Familiarity with front\-end technologies (JavaScript) to aid in troubleshooting. * Hands\-on experience with **Microsoft Playwright** or similar automation frameworks on .NET or Java. * Solid knowledge of Gherkin syntax and Behavior\-Driven Development (BDD). * Previous experience testing GenAI\-based applications is **mandatory**. * Proven use of test automation for functional, load, and integration testing. * Experience working with Agile methodologies, ADO (Azure DevOps), and CI/CD pipelines. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is desirable. * ETL and data warehouse testing experience. * Experience with API testing tools and frameworks. * Proficiency in Microsoft tools and collaboration platforms. **C \- LSK \- 26062025** Wakapi Web
