Mercado Libre is seeking a Project Manager focused on a monitoring and alerting initiative for the area, requiring the following qualifications: * Leadership of projects implementing application, job, replication, dump, and integration monitoring and alerting systems. * Definition of requirements for new initiatives to ensure proper subsequent monitoring and alerting. * Configuration of alerts for existing critical processes within the area. Supervision of testing and fine-tuning of alerts. * Definition and production rollout of escalation procedures for each technology. * Collaboration with the Grow team to define process alerts, configuration of alerts with the SAP infrastructure team, and configuration of alerts via Opsgenie to enable the RUN desk to receive tickets from Jira Atlassian. * Support for key users. * Project tracking for heads-up reporting. * Management of technical and functional documentation for each procedure validating the alerting mechanism. Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Computer Science or related field. * Excellent track record leading technology projects. * Proficiency in monitoring using SAP system tools (Cloud Integration, Cloud AML, Ctrl M, etc.). * Knowledge of applications (developed on BTP) and integrations. * Ability to manage the end-to-end monitoring and alerting project for Grow CA applications. * Preferably experienced with agile project management methodologies. * Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset. * Language: English.
