To support this mission, the Syngenta Seeds Sales Team is seeking a Commercial Technical Representative to represent our NK brand based in the Central-West region of Buenos Aires Province (Lincoln, Pehuajó, General Villegas, or nearby areas), Argentina. **Responsibilities** * Execute the regional commercial plan, achieving volume and market share objectives. * Advise customers and producers on the hybrid portfolio (corn, sunflower) according to zone, field, and production system. * Identify business opportunities and prospect new customers within the territory. * Gather market intelligence: competition, pricing, hybrid performance, and customer needs. * Participate in technical events, demonstration plots, and field days. * Maintain the CRM updated with visits, opportunities, and customer follow-ups. * Ensure excellence in customer service through efficient claim management and continuous evaluation of the distribution network. **Requirements** **Essential for this position:** * Degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in commercial or technical-commercial roles within the seed, agrochemical, or fertilizer sector. * Experience serving distributors, agribusiness retailers, or agricultural producers. * Knowledge of corn and/or sunflower hybrids: agronomic behavior, zonal adaptation, planting densities, and sowing dates. * Understanding of the seed business: seed sizing, seed treatment, commercial logistics. * Familiarity with the Central-West region of Buenos Aires Province (reference districts: Lincoln, Pehuajó, General Villegas, and surrounding areas). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Power BI (desirable), SAP, and PowerPoint. * Negotiation, relationship-building, and sales knowledge. * Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills. * Autonomy, critical thinking, conflict resolution ability, and independent, judgment-based decision-making. **Additional Information** **Join the Syngenta Experience** * Competitive salary and attractive benefits. * Dynamic and international work environment. * Modern office setting and collaboration tools. * Forward-looking policies (e.g., remote work, professional breaks). * Support for personal development in a diverse and inclusive environment. **Important:** Beyond simply believing in the power of diversity, Syngenta fosters an inclusive culture that embraces differences in all forms.
