We are looking for an **SDR/BDR** for one of the startups within our ecosystem to drive its outbound sales strategy, generating qualified opportunities among accounts in the IT, Digital, Innovation, and Data sectors. Remote work based in **Argentina**, collaborating with the team in **Spain**. **Role Responsibilities** * Multichannel outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, and calls). * Identification of decision-makers in IT, Digital, Innovation, and Data departments. * In-depth research on target accounts (account-based mindset). * Lead qualification using a structured methodology (adaptable SPICED framework). * Scheduling of qualified meetings for the sales team. * Rigorous HubSpot management (contacts, companies, deals, and properties). * Consistent feedback to the team on sales narrative, objections, and market signals. **Requirements:** --------------- 1–3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in the tech sector. Experience with HubSpot CRM, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experience selling IT services or digital solutions (preferred). Basic knowledge of data/IA. Analytical ability and capacity to structure messaging. Intermediate English (not mandatory). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Metrics-driven mindset. High level of autonomy and discipline in remote work.
