Position Sought: Payroll Settlement Manager Location: PILAR | Work Mode: IN-PERSON A prominent company in the gastronomy sector is seeking a Payroll Settlement Manager to oversee the payroll settlement process. Main Responsibilities Execute and supervise the complete payroll settlement process (monthly, biweekly, SAC, final settlements). Validate personnel changes and ensure correct application of current collective bargaining agreements. Coordinate social charges settlement and compliance with legal obligations. Lead the assigned team, ensuring process quality and compliance. Generate departmental reports and KPIs. Drive improvements in processes and tools. Requirements University degree in HR, Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar positions. Solid knowledge of Argentine labor legislation and collective agreements (bakers’ agreements preferred). Proficiency in TANGO system and advanced Excel (MANDATORY).
