Conduct periodic inspections to assess elevator condition. Diagnose failures in electrical, electronic, and mechanical components. Perform preventive maintenance including lubrication, adjustments, and component cleaning. Carry out repairs to restore proper functionality. Comply with testing protocols to verify the proper condition of systems. Full-time availability.
