Job Description:
The primary objective of this position is:
To exploit data originating both inside and outside the company, performing efficiency and operational analysis, detecting machine failures, and analyzing their relationship with customer behavior for business benefit. Conduct cross-checks to identify discrepancies in billing and/or fraud.
Responsibilities:
* Auditing of collections, billing, and machine operations.
* Generating hypotheses, improvement proposals, conflict resolutions, and innovative conclusions.
* Creating reports, charts, and dashboards with an emphasis on aesthetics, to clearly convey ideas for decision-making.
* Proposing improvements.
* Exporting, cleaning, and loading data as effectively as possible, including automating the process.
* Generating information for specific purposes.
Technical Competencies
* Microsoft Power BI
* Knowledge of statistics.
* Proficiency with specialized tools and software for data manipulation.
* Data analysis.

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience.
* Preferably pursuing or having completed a technology-related degree with specific coursework in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, or Data Science.
