Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to efficiently monitor and manage daily operations, resolve building-related incidents, and ensure proper functioning during nighttime hours. Key Highlights: 1. Live monitoring and management of building-related emergencies. 2. Decision-making and implementation of actions. 3. On-site nighttime visits to ensure proper operation. Here are some of the challenges you’ll face: -Monitor daily operations live and efficiently manage store-related building emergencies until temporary or permanent resolution. -Proactively identify incidents to initiate proactive resolution processes. -Document each incident in detail and maintain accurate, orderly records. -Act as the primary contact point with maintenance teams and generator groups during emergencies. -Make decisions and implement appropriate actions based on the situation at hand. -Conduct on-site visits to stores during nighttime hours (once per week) to guarantee effective operational management. What We Expect From You: -Availability to work nighttime shifts (6 PM – 2 AM). -Excellent observational, organizational, and problem-solving skills. -Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across diverse teams. -Previous experience in operations, maintenance, security and hygiene, or customer service is desirable. -Proficiency in basic management and monitoring tools (Google Sheets, tracking platforms).
