Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced infrastructure technician to monitor servers, CCTV, and networks, as well as configure switches, storage, and VMs, supporting network technicians. Promotes continuous learning and teamwork At JPH Lions, we are actively seeking an infrastructure technician with proven experience. Responsibilities: Monitoring of servers, storage, and network devices. Configuration and monitoring of CCTV. Switch configuration (VLAN changes, initial setup, etc.). Storage configuration (LUN creation). VM configuration on ESXi. Assisting network technicians with physical network infrastructure. Configuration and review of Wi-Fi antennas. Inspection of optical fiber and SFP modules. Essential Requirements: Intermediate knowledge of networking (DHCP, subnetting, VLAN, OSI model, TCP/IP, trunking, LACP, copper and fiber cabling). Knowledge of server and storage management and administration (RAID, VDI, VPC, LUN). Intermediate knowledge of CCTV (management and IP camera configuration). Desirable Requirements: Proficiency with Axxon software. Knowledge of Fortigate and Fortinet routers and switches. Knowledge of Cisco (switch configuration via CLI). Knowledge of IBM and HP storage systems. Knowledge of Proxmox and ESXi. Soft Skills: Strong willingness to learn and collaborate. Work Modality: 100% on-site, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM, with occasional on-call duties outside regular hours in case of operational issues requiring terminal support. Work Location: Offices in Retiro, Villa Martelli.
