What will be your main responsibilities? Gather and analyze user and business area needs, translating them into clear and detailed functional and non-functional requirements. Design and document use cases, workflows, process diagrams, and functional specifications. Propose innovative and efficient solutions that optimize business processes. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure correct interpretation of requirements and achievement of objectives. Actively participate in testing phases, validating the proper functioning of implemented solutions. Provide user support and training on new functionalities and systems. Maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation. What are we looking for in you? Proven experience of at least 1 year as an IT Functional Analyst or in similar roles. Solid knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). Ability to model processes and document requirements (e.g., UML, BPMN). Capacity to understand and analyze information, identifying improvement opportunities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with various organizational levels. Proactivity, autonomy, and results orientation. Academic background in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Advanced English level (Conversational) – MANDATORY It will be a plus if you have: Knowledge of databases (SQL). Experience with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
