Job Summary: We are seeking a Functional Analyst to provide application support in the health sector, with SQL knowledge and experience in managing procedures, to join a strong team. Participate in onboarding new clients and applications. Functional Analyst for Health Sector Application Support We require a Functional Analyst for the Health Sector IT Help Desk with SQL knowledge to join a strong team. We are a leading company developing systems for Social Health Insurance Providers (Obras Sociales) and Private Health Insurers (Prepagas). Candidates must have experience in computerized management of procedures related to this field, including: Enrollment Process – client portfolio administration, contributions, billing, collections, and current accounts; Healthcare Services Administration Process – coverage, providers, agreements, authorizations, provider settlements, and reimbursements. We seek candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, active listening ability, strong willingness to collaborate, high empathy, self-management capability, and proactive incident resolution skills. Key responsibilities include: receiving and analyzing service requests and resolving incidents; tracking pending solutions to maintain response and resolution time standards according to each case’s criticality; fully executing solution implementation to launch services; providing user assistance regarding supported solution functionalities; training end users on operating supported solutions; participating in onboarding new clients and/or applications.
