The Challenge: Assume leadership of the Quality Management System, ensuring its robustness, evolution, and alignment with the company’s industrial business objectives. Full-time, on-site position Location: Marcos Juárez Responsibilities: Lead the Quality Management System under ISO 9001:2015, ensuring its maintenance and improvement. Define, supervise, and update QMS documentation (procedures, work instructions, and records). Coordinate internal and external audits, managing findings with a preventive and risk-based approach. Manage internal and external nonconformities, performing root cause analysis and working toward reduction of cost of poor quality. Coordinate customer complaints, ensuring clear technical responses, action plans, and effective follow-up. Ensure traceability, measurement reliability, calibrations, and controls in critical processes. Promote a cross-organizational quality culture. Requirements: University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience in manufacturing industry or agribusiness-related sectors. Experience leading quality processes and teams. Willingness to relocate and reside in Marcos Juárez. Proficiency in continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma). Technical English.
