Within this context, we seek an HR Manager to lead the comprehensive management of the HR function, supporting organizational development and strengthening internal culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead the comprehensive management of the HR function, aligning people policies with business strategy. Coordinate and develop the HR team. Oversee key HR processes: recruitment and selection, training, development, performance evaluations, and workplace climate. Manage labor relations, including liaison with delegates and unions. Monitor HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, performance) and report results to senior management. Participate in defining organizational structures, compensation frameworks, and role schemes. Promote organizational development initiatives and internal culture. Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. Drive process improvements and optimize the use of management tools. Requirements: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in HR leadership positions, preferably within industrial or metal-mechanical environments. Experience working with ERP or HR management tools (SAP preferred). Experience in implementing or improving HR processes. English language proficiency (preferred).
