Job Summary: We are seeking a Thermomechanical Operator to carry out maintenance, operation, and control tasks for thermomechanical equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and monitor thermomechanical equipment 2. Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Collaborate in plant shutdowns and operational adjustments At Ceta Capital Humano, we are currently looking for a Thermomechanical Operator for an important refrigeration plant located in Victoria, Buenos Aires Province. Job Objective: Execute operational tasks related to maintenance, operation, and control of the plant’s thermomechanical equipment and installations, ensuring their correct functioning, operational continuity, and compliance with established safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Main Responsibilities: Operate and monitor thermomechanical equipment. Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on equipment and installations. Identify failures, deviations, or anomalies in equipment operation and report them to the Supervisor. Record operational controls, readings, and incidents in the corresponding logs. Collaborate in plant shutdowns, equipment startups, and operational adjustments. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Collaborate with other maintenance departments as required. Work Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Requirements: Required Education: Completed secondary education with electromechanical/mechanical orientation. (Mandatory). Minimum 1 year of experience performing similar tasks. Availability to work night shifts. Knowledge of industrial refrigeration.
