What will be your role? We are seeking a Store Coordinator to lead the commercial and operational management of our retail locations. Position Objective: Ensure achievement of commercial objectives, proper execution of brand strategy, and development of the sales team, acting as the liaison between Management, stores, and support departments. Key Responsibilities: - Monitoring and analysis of sales and KPIs per store. - Development of action plans in response to performance deviations. - Comprehensive supervision of visual image, standards, and commercial execution. - Leadership and development of the team of supervisors and sales advisors. - Coordination with Logistics, Production, Administration, and HR. - Preparation of reports for Commercial Management. Requirements: - Minimum 35 years of experience in retail commercial management. - Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze metrics. - Experience leading teams. - Analytical, organized profile with firm and empathetic leadership skills. - Strong results orientation.
