Work Location: San Isidro. · What challenges await you? Supervise operational staff responsible for residential collection, street sweeping, and other complementary services. Assign and ensure proper use of materials and equipment such as mobile units, tools, safety gear, and others. Implement actions aimed at training and developing supervised personnel. Receive and resolve complaints, grievances, and service requests to achieve taxpayer, municipal agency, and inspector satisfaction. Implement immediate action plans in response to service contingencies. · What do we expect from you? Secondary school diploma and a valid driver's license. At least 1 year of experience managing personnel. Knowledge of Quality, Safety, and Hygiene policies. Organizational and planning skills.
