You will act as a technical and strategic reference, leading continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer and maintain Oracle and SQL Server databases in production and development environments. * Define data management standards, policies, and procedures—including security, backup, and recovery. * Monitor performance and execute optimization plans (tuning, indexing, partitioning). * Lead database migration, upgrade, and consolidation projects. * Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure data integrity and availability. * Manage critical incidents and ensure operational continuity. * Train and guide technical teams on database administration best practices.
