We operate in 17 countries worldwide and boast over 34 years of market presence. We are currently seeking a Retention Operator to join our Customer Marketing department. What will your responsibilities be? - Manage customer cancellation requests, highlighting the value of our service and leveraging various tools to retain customers. - Complete and update databases, contributing to management reports. - Coordinate with other departments to deliver solutions to our customers. What are we looking for?: - Minimum 1 year of experience in customer retention (mandatory) - Completed secondary education: official diploma required (mandatory) - Strong commercial skills. - On-site work mode at our Palermo offices. - Working hours: 48 hours per week.
