Responsibilities Provide support to operational processes, ensuring their proper functioning and continuous improvement. Perform maintenance and interpretation of technical drawings. Analyze work methods oriented toward process efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and monitor management indicators across various departments. Participate in investment and improvement project management. Collaborate in presenting projects to internal committees. Conduct safety and accident metrics and indicator tracking. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards (ISO 14001, quality, and safety). Participate in logistical process optimization (Inbound and Outbound). Requirements Advanced student or graduate in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering. 1–3 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of logistical processes (receiving, storage, preparation, and dispatch). Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel and Power BI (mandatory). Intermediate technical English. Analytical profile, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of ISO 14001 standards. Experience in process analysis and improvement methodologies. Proficiency in management systems and data analysis. · Employment Conditions Working hours: Monday to Friday, 14:30–23:30 h (occasional availability required on Saturdays). Modality: On-site.
