Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze and control the costs of opening new sales points 2. Optimization of financial resources and sales analysis 3. Validation of quotations and comparison of budgets A growing gastronomic company is incorporating a Construction Cost Analyst. Responsibilities . Analyze, measure, and control costs associated with opening new sales points and expansion projects, ensuring optimization of financial resources. . Review and validate quotations from contractors and equipment suppliers. . Compare projected budget versus actual expenditure, identifying variances by category. . Perform recovery calculations. . Sales analysis. Requirements . Bachelor's degree in Administration, Civil Engineering, or Master Builder. . Advanced Excel proficiency. . Advanced Power BI proficiency. .
