Continuous coordination with various departments At Zielteck, we are looking for a Fleet Activator to join the team of a major automotive terminal, playing a key role in coordinating and delivering vehicles to corporate clients, dealerships, and special fleets. This is an operational and dynamic position, focused on unit control, tracking, and documentation, with continuous coordination across various departments. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate briefings and planning of actions and events for the group’s different brands Manage tenders and coordinate with suppliers through the procurement department Organize activity schedules according to participating audiences (clients, press, dealerships, etc.) Coordinate 360° initiatives with internal departments such as media, content, and brands Monitor agreements, renewals, and follow-up on commercial commitments Coordinate operational tasks with event vendors Deliver periodic presentations of brand proposals and activities Participate in event execution, venue scouting, and supplier meetings Lead specific brand projects, supporting all process stages (planning, execution, and evaluation) Track administrative processes within the department (purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and internal requests) Requirements: Prior experience in automotive logistics, fleet management, or after-sales (preferred) Basic knowledge of vehicle documentation and technical terminology Proficiency in tools such as SAP, CRM, Excel, or management systems Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and follow-up capability Valid driver’s license (mandatory) We value committed, solution-oriented profiles with attention to detail Employment Conditions: Location: Retiro, Buenos Aires Work Mode: Hybrid (On-site once per week) Top-tier private health insurance Welcome kit Exclusive discounts on electronic products and supermarkets Language training benefits. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School 1 year of experience Keywords: analyst
