The Senior Production Coordinator will coordinate and support a global team, helping facilitate the seamless execution of production schedules and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. **Working hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST **Location:** Remote, open to candidates in **Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, or India**. **What You'll Do** * Coordinate and support a global team of Production Coordinators, aligning production schedules with client objectives and timelines. * Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients, sharing periodic updates on production progress to both clients and senior management. * Monitor key performance indicators and identify and communicate areas for improvement to help maintain optimal performance and creative utilization on the production floor. * Coordinate with creatives to facilitate production schedules, helping ensure all work is completed on time and meets client standards. * Offer suggestions and recommendations to creatives to support the enhancement of work quality, adhering to Design Pickle and client standards. * Collaborate with Quality Specialists to help maintain design quality and brand guidelines. * Review sentiment analysis and customer feedback to identify and recommend areas for improvement. * Collaborate with Team Coordinators, Quality Specialists, and Production Specialists to coordinate design time effectively for all requests. * Help maintain company notes based on client preferences and coordinate related updates within the team as needed. * Provide additional services and support as reasonably required by clients and stay informed of industry trends. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in coordinating and optimizing production workflows. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines. * Proficiency in ticket management systems and resource allocation. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members. * Ability to partner and collaborate efficiently with creative teams, Art Directors, Quality Specialists, and Team Coordinators. * High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. * Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs and project requirements. * Willingness to stay updated on production management trends and tools. * A strong portfolio showcasing creative work is a plus. * Advanced English proficiency (Upper Intermediate B2 English level), both orally and in writing, for effective client communication and seamless team interactions.

The LQPPV and Deputy LQPPV must guarantee compliance with the following activities: * Create and maintain a system to collect, process and evaluate the information related to all suspected adverse reactions reported to company personnel. * Notification of suspected adverse reactions, meeting local health authority timelines. * Preparation and/or review of periodic safety reports. * Preparation and/or review/adaptation of risk management plans. * Respond in a timely manner any information request from competent authorities related to medication safety matters. * Continuous evaluation of risk\-benefit balance during post\-authorization period, and immediate communication to competent authorities of any information that could lead to a change to said relation. * Ensure the necessary mechanisms to comply with the regulatory measures stablished for the medications for which pharmacovigilance is responsible, as well as all those measures and studies included in the risk management plans and that are planned to be carried out in the country. * Set up identification and seriousness assessment criteria of alert signals. * Periodic review of scientific literature on suspected adverse reactions of the active pharmaceutical ingredients for which the company is owner. * Act as point of contact for PV inspections conducted in the country. * Support in PV audits and inspections, including the follow\-up of corrective and preventive actions. **EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES AND BEHAVIORAL SKILLS:** -------------------------------------------------- * Health professional or life science degree. * Bachelor's degree required.
