We are seeking a Distribution & Logistics Analyst for our Distribution Center located in Carlos Spegazzini. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about supply chain efficiency, and who values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM. **What You’ll Do For Us** --------------------------- * Coordinate daily distribution center activities to ensure effective receipt and dispatch of materials and finished goods, managing internal resource allocation and traffic operations. * Supervise, monitor, and ensure compliance with receiving, sampling, storage, and dispatch tasks, following the Company’s quality procedures and standards. * Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Safety, Logistics, Maintenance, etc.) and strengthen communication with logistics providers and other key external stakeholders. * Process orders and generate documentation for dispatches and receipts; maintain accurate records in SAP and other platforms; and monitor management indicators such as picking and dispatch errors. * Promote and ensure implementation of best practices in safety and quality, complying with integrated management systems (OHSAS 18000, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, GMP, HACCP, and Food Defense). * Actively participate in operational meetings and support operational excellence initiatives, tracking control cards (T\-Cards) and driving digitalization and new technology projects. * Contribute to digital transformation and automation and environmental sustainability initiatives, including proper segregation and disposal of recyclable and non-conforming materials. * Identify risks and participate in implementing improvements in safety, quality, and environment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. **What Qualifications We Need** ----------------------------------- * Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), advanced Microsoft Excel, radiofrequency (RF) systems, and SAP or other logistics platforms. * Commitment to safety and self-care, integrity, collaborative work, and clear oral and written communication. * Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, occupational safety, and environmental regulations. * Data analysis skills and attention to detail. **Desired Qualifications:** * University degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Certifications or courses in digital tools, advanced Excel, or warehouse management systems. * Experience with digital platforms, collaborative environments, and reporting tools. * English language proficiency. * Prior experience in logistics operations, especially in receiving, storage, and dispatch. **What We’ll Do For You** ----------------------- * **Growth and Development:** We offer world-class training, on-the-job coaching, and development programs to help you advance your career in supply chain and beyond. * **Inclusive and Collaborative Culture:** You’ll join a diverse and inclusive environment where every voice is valued, fostering innovation and a sense of belonging. * **Meaningful Work and Recognition:** At Coca\-Cola, your contributions help refresh the world every day.
