We have offshore team\-building experience and aim to help businesses leverage global talent. ### **About This Role:** We are hiring a **Creative Strategist** to own the execution and coordination of content across newsletters, social media, and client\-facing content projects. This role is highly execution\-focused and client\-facing, centered on running content projects end\-to\-end—drafting and editing newsletters, building polished assets in Canva, coordinating quotes and approvals, and keeping timelines on track. While some content may be AI\-assisted, you’ll be responsible for shaping, refining, and delivering final outputs with a strong command of English and brand tone. This is not a pure ideation or copywriting role; success comes from strong communication, project ownership, and the ability to keep multiple stakeholders aligned while content moves from draft to delivery. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Own execution of **newsletters and email sends**, including drafting, editing, layout (Canva), approvals, and scheduling * Manage content for **events, ebooks, and campaigns**, including collecting quotes, coordinating approvals, and finalizing assets * Run day\-to\-day **social media publishing** (LinkedIn, Instagram, others as needed) * Create and format content assets using **Canva** (primary design tool) * Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to gather inputs, feedback, and approvals * Maintain content calendars, timelines, and simple project trackers * Ensure content is polished, on\-brand, and grammatically strong (C1 or C2 level) * Light performance tracking (open rates, engagement, basic social metrics) * Stretch: support **basic video editing or short\-form repurposing** if capable (not required) ### **Software/Platforms/Tools:** * Canva * Email platforms (Beehiiv or similar) * Google Docs / Sheets * Slack / Notion * Project management tools like Airtable * AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) * Nice\-to\-have: basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) ### **Qualifications:** * 3–5\+ years experience in content, marketing ops, or communications (remote/freelance preferred) * **Excellent written and spoken English** (C1 or C2 level) (client\-facing confidence required) * Strong experience writing and managing **newsletters and email content** * Comfortable running projects, following up, and keeping stakeholders aligned * Confident using **Canva** for clean, professional layouts * Experience managing social media publishing * Organized, proactive, and execution\-focused * Comfortable using AI tools to speed up content creation without sacrificing quality ### **Shift Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US CST
