Level 1 and Level 2 support, including ticket management and problem resolution. Job Description: **Field IT Technician \| AMBA** We are looking for a Field IT Technician to join a major technical support service, delivering in-person user assistance and operational support for technological infrastructure. This position targets dynamic, solution-oriented professionals with field technical support experience, interested in growing within corporate environments and high-operational-demand settings. Work Location: AMBA. Work Modality: On-site. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs. Availability to perform on-call duty once per month. Main Responsibilities: * Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users. * On-site incident handling and resolution. * PC and notebook installation, configuration, and maintenance. * Hardware and software support. * Peripheral and printer configuration. * Ticket management and tracking. * Technical problem diagnosis and resolution. * Operational support across multiple sites within AMBA.
