Junior Payroll and Personnel Administration Analyst **Location:** Palermo, CABA **Work Mode:** On-site (Saturdays remote) We are currently looking for a **Junior Payroll and Personnel Administration Analyst** to join a **confidential company** experiencing rapid growth. We seek an organized, proactive individual with interest in continuing professional development within the Human Resources field, specifically in Payroll Processing and Personnel Administration. Main Responsibilities * Control and review of payroll calculations under the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commercial Employees. * Verification of correct application of current labor regulations. * Entry and verification of monthly personnel updates (leaves, overtime, advances, etc.). * Potential progression toward full payroll processing responsibilities. * Administration, preparation, and updating of employee files. * Monitoring and control of personnel documentation. * Management of occupational health examinations and pre-employment medical assessments. * Office supply inventory and stationery administration. * General administrative tasks within the Human Resources department. Mandatory Requirements * Minimum **1 year of experience in payroll processing under the Commercial Employees’ Collective Bargaining Agreement**. * Experience in Personnel Administration. * Advanced student (80% of degree completed) or graduate in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or Public Accounting. * Knowledge of labor regulations applicable to the Commercial Employees’ Collective Agreement. * Proficiency in computer tools and Human Resources management systems. Working Hours * Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 (on-site in Palermo). * Saturdays, 10:00–13:00, remote-only for urgent matters. * One Saturday off per month.
