In this position, you will join a group of experienced professionals responsible for developing and maintaining various platforms and solutions using multiple technologies. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in the implementation process of proprietary or third-party solutions—from initial assessment through field deployment. * Provide support for Stechs-developed OSS software solutions. * Support customers for third-party solutions/equipment marketed by STECHS (DOCSIS/GPON access equipment, CPEs (CM, ONT, STB), video equipment, routers, etc.). * Collaborate with specialists from different areas on the evolution and development of proprietary OSS solutions. * Design and co-build the solution/product assigned to you with an end-to-end (E2E) perspective alongside the team. * Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) in creating and refining the product backlog. * Actively participate in backlog planning. * Lead research, design, prototyping, and other activities related to solution design, product evolution, and improvement. * Conduct requirements gathering, architecture definition, component specification, third-party system integration, installation, commissioning, documentation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution deployment for each client. * Maintain up-to-date public documentation, internal documentation, and deployment-specific documentation across all clients. * Ensure delivery quality by minimizing errors, performing integration testing, generating necessary documentation, training clients, etc. **Job Requirements:** * General knowledge of access networks and telecommunications service providers. * Knowledge of design, operation, and capacity management of data networks across their various components, layers, and technologies—including DOCSIS, GPON/EPON, Ethernet, IP, and Wi-Fi. * General knowledge and hands-on experience administering Unix systems.
