Design of single-family and multi-family housing A real estate development company located in the northern zone is seeking to add an ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSPERSON with experience in designing single-family and multi-family housing to its team. Responsibilities: Preparation of technical and architectural drawings for multi-family housing projects. Preparation of executive and construction documentation. Interpretation of sketches and technical information (structure and installations). Collaboration and participation with the design team. Requirements: Proven experience as an architectural technical draftsperson. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit. Ability to read and interpret drawings. Knowledge of urban regulations and construction codes. Education: Architecture, design, or related fields. Competencies: Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
