Your day to day * Business Performance analysis. * Monitor and follow up Business evolution, volume and financials. * Analyze industry trends, SOM evolution, competitors’ activities in order to assist BP team with meaningful information for decision making process. * Generate and submit, in timely and accurate manner, PMI reports for budget\-long range plan, rolling forecast as well as the Preparation and submission of RF packages (internal systems), while identifying opportunities for business simplification and efficiencies to support the business transformation. * Contribute to the preparation of Ad\-hoc PMI and Regional Reporting Requests. * Support in the analysis of strategies to increase profitability (Operating Income, price productivity, expenses, etc.). Who we’re looking for * CPA, Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent. * 3\+ years´ experience in similar positions in multinational companies. * Ability to communicate (written and verbal) fluently in Spanish and English. * Excel and PowerPoint tools (mandatory), SAP is a plus. * Proactive profile, able to work in dynamic environments, with strong problem\-solving competencies. * Experience gathering and analyzing data to effect meaningful changes. Fast learner, proactive to identify gaps in finance processes, and offer ideas for continues improvement.
