We invite you to help build the future by being responsible for: * Training personnel in plant process standardization * Improving workstations with attention to Safety, Ergonomics, and Productivity. Controlling the production process to meet productivity and performance requirements, ensuring demanded quality standards, and efficiently managing human resources and material assets, always aligned with the company's Policy, Mission, and Vision. * Anticipating plant needs and providing advisory on related matters. * Knowing how to respond to environmental impacts (spills, fire, etc.). * Defining and developing manufacturing and control processes. Rework standards, etc. We are looking for someone passionate about excellence who meets the following requirements: * Advanced student in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or related fields. * Proficient in Office suite, SAP * Previous experience in process engineering within a production plant. We seek a person with practical problem-solving skills and the ability to propose solutions. Proactive, willing to take responsibility, eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
