Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer passionate about software quality to define automation strategies and drive Quality Engineering practices at scale. We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer passionate about software quality who wants to take an active role in defining automation strategy and contribute to driving Quality Engineering practices at scale. Technical Requirements: +5 years of experience in test automation. Strong programming skills and knowledge of object-oriented programming, especially in Python and JavaScript. Solid experience in API automation (Postman/Newman, RestAssured, Pytest or similar). Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Test Management tools (Xray, Zephyr or others). Experience working with Cloud Device Farms such as BrowserStack, LambdaTest or Sauce Labs. Good understanding of Quality Engineering practices within modern SDLC environments. Experience evaluating AI systems and agent-driven test automation will be highly valued. English proficiency level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher. Personal Attributes: Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Teamwork and collaboration. Results-oriented mindset with continuous improvement focus. Negotiation and conflict management skills. What will you do? Design and implement scalable automation frameworks (API, UI, Mobile, and integration). Develop automation solutions using Python and/or JavaScript. Create and maintain automated API test suites for REST architectures and microservices. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or others). Collaborate with engineering teams to embed quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Optimize test execution strategies to improve performance and reliability. Work with Cloud Device Farms. Contribute to quality architecture decisions and test automation standards. When and where will you work? First, you will have an interview with our Recruiter, Lucila Lemucchi, where we’ll discuss your professional background and interests. Then, you’ll proceed with additional interviews with the hiring company: the first with the company’s HR to learn more about the role and conduct an English screening; the second is a technical assessment to evaluate your expertise in depth; finally, interviews with the client focused on getting to know the team and project in greater detail.
