### **Our Engineering Productivity Team** The Engineering Productivity team is focused on improving the development team's productivity and ensuring the long-term maintainability and sustainability of our systems. We focus on optimizing tools, workflows, and processes to enable engineering teams to be more efficient and effective. We value a holistic vision capable of understanding how each component of development impacts the organization's overall performance, and we seek individuals motivated to design and implement innovative solutions. ### **The scope of your challenge** * Design and build tools and infrastructure to increase the speed and efficiency of engineering teams. * Provide ongoing support to developers, helping them solve technical issues and overcome blockers in their daily tasks related to their development process. * Design and build efficient and secure development environments, including tools, local and remote setups, as well as CI/CD pipelines that are consistent, scalable, and aligned with the engineering team’s needs. * ### **What we’re looking for** * Previous experience in roles related to Engineering Productivity or similar areas, with the ability to identify and resolve issues impacting the efficiency and productivity of development teams. * Solid knowledge of container technologies: hands-on experience configuring and managing environments with Docker, docker-compose, and Kubernetes. * Software development experience, preferably building tools using languages such as Python, Go, Node.js, Java, or PHP. * Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC): using tools like Terraform to configure and manage infrastructure. * Design and optimization of CI/CD Pipelines: experience setting up efficient and reliable pipelines, preferably with tools like CircleCI or equivalents. * Familiarity with cloud solutions, especially AWS services. Solid knowledge of UNIX systems and Bash scripting, with the ability to automate tasks and manage environments.
