Mandatory : High English level Specific Responsibilities:* Successfully manage project from project initiation to project closure * Lead meetings and conduct information gathering sessions with clients and internal resources * Create detailed project plans that includes timelines, resources, and dependencies * Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying and mitigating risks * Manage project teams of internal and external resources including vendors and customers * Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for project status and escalations between NCR Atleos and the customer * Building and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including team’s members, clients, vendors, and executives throughout the project * Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, including project progress updates and risk assessments * Regularly communicate with management to discuss resourcing constraints and to gain an understanding of specific priorities, constraints, and deadlines * Provide strong leadership and direction to all project stakeholders * Coordination and planning: Strategically plan, organize, and facilitate workshops, conference calls to ensure efficient execution of tasks and objectives. * Elicit requirements by working with Clients and subject matter experts (SMEs) to thoroughly understand the scope * Gather work effort estimates and prepare pricing recommendations (as required) * Create comprehensive, unambiguous, and concise Statements of Work (as required) * Conduct rigorous post\-implementation reviews and document key learnings for future enhancements. Basic Qualifications* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience * 5\+ years of comprehensive project management experience in a technology environment. * Project Management Certification(s) or equivalent work experience * Knowledge in Project Management Methodologies * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and skilled in MS Project or other project tracking tool. * Ability to effectively elicit, articulate, and write requirements documents * Ability to tolerate ambiguity while meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment * Ability to prioritize and effectively manage issues and competing priorities; move with agility between tasks. * Able to wear multiple hats navigating freely between business, technical, execution, operations, etc. * Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills to be used in continuous client\-facing activities * Exceptional organizational, planning, process management, documentation, and time management skills * Effective at managing multiple projects and tight deadlines * Able to effectively collaborate in a cross\-functional team settings * Flexible and adaptable to work in a change management\-driven environment * Effective at team building and relationship management * Able to work independently or with minimal supervision * Embraces a process\-driven, continuous improvement philosophy and is passionate about achieving excellence * Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and commitment to quality * Proven analytical and problem solving skills * Self\-motivated, creative, flexible, and possesses a positive attitude with the ability to create rapport with customer and stakeholders * Able to work North America Eastern Time (EST) business hours Preferred Qualifications* Experience in the Banking Industry supporting Banking customers is highly preferred Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job. The Project is located in a high-altitude geographical area (4,000 masl). The work arrangement will be on-site under a 14x14 roster; however, initially there will be a three to six-month period based in the Buenos Aires office to prepare work packages and align preliminary activities, with occasional visits to Salta and the project site. **Main Responsibilities:** The duties correspond to those of a Heavy Lift & Transportation - Construction Specialist with over 5 years of experience in heavy lifting logistics and special or oversized transport operations. Without being limited to the following, the main responsibilities are detailed below: * Review and coordinate technical drawings and documents related to heavy lift assemblies and special or oversized transportation. * Review and approve plans developed by contractors for heavy lifting and special or oversized transportation. * Supervise execution plans for heavy or oversized transport operations and approve them prior to movement. * Supervise critical lift plans and/or heavy lift operations and approve them before each lifting and/or assembly operation. * Work with *Worley Engineering* to develop CWP (Construction Work Packages) for heavy lift and special transport contractors. * Review each relevant FIWP (Field Installation Work Package) for heavy lift and/or special transport operations, monitoring their field execution. * Coordinate with SMP contractors on scheduling and planning of heavy lift and special transport operations at the site. * Actively supervise and control field lifting and transport operations conducted by the heavy lift contractor to ensure compliance with the approved technical plan. * Conduct active field audits of the competence and certifications of crane operators, riggers, supervisors, operators, and trailer drivers from the heavy lift contractor. * Conduct active field audits of rigging equipment, cranes, and other tools used by the heavy lift contractor. * Collaborate with the Worley site team to safely and efficiently coordinate interfaces between the heavy lift contractor and other contractors working on site. * Monitor deviations related to HSE, QA/QC, and Environment.
