REQUIREMENTS: * Proven experience with Drupal 9/10/11 (or readiness to transition to 11\). * Strong knowledge of PHP, Twig, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. * Experience with Drupal core/contrib upgrades and major version migrations. * Solid understanding of the Migrate API, Feeds, or other migration tools. * Familiarity with Drupal theming, custom module development, and site building. * Knowledge of Composer, Drush, Git. * Knowledge of frameworks or libraries such as jQuery and Bootstrap. * Strong knowledge of database management (MySQL). * Understanding of work with legacy systems and migrating them into a modern CMS framework. * Experience with Visual Studio Code. * Excellent problem\-solving and debugging skills. * Strong written and verbal communication. * Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. * Attention to detail and commitment to high\-quality deliverables. NICE TO HAVE: * Experience migrating sites from platforms such as Joomla, WordPress, or other CMSs. * Familiarity with Drupal 11 readiness check tools and deprecation reporting. * Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2\.1\) and SEO best practices. * Knowledge of Acquia Cloud, Pantheon, or other hosting platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead the migration of websites from non\-Drupal platforms into Drupal. * Plan and execute the upgrade of the Drupal stack from version 9 to version 10, and eventually to version 11, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption. * Design, develop, and maintain custom Drupal modules and themes to meet evolving business requirements. * Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers to ensure seamless integration and performance. * Audit and refactor the existing codebase to ensure compatibility, security, and optimal performance in newer Drupal versions. * Implement and follow best practices in configuration management, version control, and deployment workflows. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams using Jira for sprint planning and issue tracking. * Use Git for version control, managing code in a collaborative environment with clear commit practices and pull request reviews. * Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and integration issues. * Participate in code reviews. * Ensure adherence to development best practices, including secure coding, code reusability, and performance optimization.
