REMOTE ARGENTINA September 15, 2025 Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a **Senior Data Visualization Engineer** for a full\-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. We have already saved payers and individuals millions of dollars on prescriptions, thereby reducing costs and improving outcomes. *The enthusiastic self\-starter engineer will help the team to exceed the expectations of the demanding customers by joining the reporting and analytics team. As a visualization engineer, you will be part of a small, talented team responsible for building and supporting the cloud\-based health analytics product suite. You will be part of the reporting team, developing Tableau dashboards, enabling self\-service reporting in Tableau Cloud, crafting transformations and views in Snowflake, and optimizing data pipelines to the data warehouse.* *Your workday must overlap with* ***Eastern Standard Time business hours by at least 50%.*** REQUIREMENTS * 5 years of experience with visualization tools, Tableau, and Tableau Cloud. * 5 years of experience working with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * 5 years of experience with databases, SQL, Snowflake, and MySQL. * 3 years of experience with data transformation tools, Tableau Prep. * 3 years of development experience with Python or Java. * Ability to collaborate with Java and Python developers to understand the implications of application and schema changes to the reporting environment. * Ability to problem\-solve collaboratively and independently. * Attention to detail and the ability to recognize when a quick answer is not the right one. RESPONSIBILITIES * Work with internal stakeholders to develop and refine data visualizations and analytics. * Collaborate with development teams to design and implement data transformation processes for data ingestion. * Create and manage data pipelines from MySQL to Snowflake. * Think outside the box in terms of data, analytics, and visualizations.
