We believe that a data-driven culture is key to enabling every team to make the best decisions and accelerate growth. ### **The size of your challenge** As a Product Analytics Coordinator, you will face the following challenges: * Coordinate and prioritize the Analytics agenda across Core, AI, and Product Growth tribes, ensuring high-quality and consistent deliverables. * Work closely with Product Analytics analysts, supporting their development and providing technical guidance to scale their output capacity. * Consolidate metrics, processes, and analytical best practices in critical areas, reducing risks of inconsistencies and ensuring faster decision-making. * Be hands\-on when necessary, diving deep into data, structuring analytical datasets, and validating results. * Support strategic squads to enable revenue growth, AI engagement, and operational efficiency. * Build bridges with other Analytics areas (e.g., Marketing Analytics) to ensure alignment and synergy. * Deeply investigate and understand the business to identify new opportunities and solutions. * Identify key 80/20 opportunities that maximize return on investment and support priority setting. ### **What we're looking for** * Strong technical knowledge of SQL and data modeling. * Practical experience with DBT to transform, organize, and standardize data pipelines. * Experience with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau). * Solid foundation in descriptive statistics and familiarity with experimentation methods (A/B testing). * Prior experience in coordinating or technically leading data analysts. * Ability to set priorities, balance short-term demands with strategic goals, and ensure process scalability. * Strong communication skills to translate analysis into actionable insights for product squads and stakeholders. * Process-oriented mindset focused on standardization and quality. #### **Nice to haves** * Experience in projects involving AI applied to product and a mindset focused on automating analytical processes using new AI tools available in the market. * Knowledge of Python for data analysis and modeling. * Experience with Amplitude and user behavior analytics. * Experience working with Product teams.
