Main Responsibilities Conduct periodic inspections of various assigned sites or services. Hold follow-up and coordination meetings with clients. Train and instruct security guards assigned to each service. Prepare operational reports for the Operations Management and/or Operations Directorate. Supervise proper adherence to service procedures and standards. A prominent security services provider operating in the Northern Zone is seeking an Operations Supervisor. Requirements Requirements Retired personnel from the Armed Forces or Security Forces. Prior experience in similar roles within the security industry. Proficiency in English. Advanced university students or graduates will be preferred. Willingness to travel domestically. Valid driver's license. Residence in the Northern Zone. Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00–17:00 (on-site), and perform two shifts per month.
