Currently, we are looking for a **Monitoring Coordinator** to join our **Operations team on the afternoon shift**. ✅ **Work Arrangement:** * Location: Palermo, CABA. * Work modality: On-site * Schedule: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM * Tuesday–Saturday (Days off: Sundays and Mondays) ✅ **Main Challenges:** * Tracking new hires. * Preparing various reports and evaluations of onboarding processes. * Initiating action plans aligned with employees’ needs to achieve excellence in performance. * Collaborating closely with middle management (e.g., direct feedback, proposals, etc.). * Continuously evaluating **metrics and KPIs**, with emphasis on continuous improvement. * Proposing improvements to existing procedures. * Fostering a positive work environment among colleagues. * Identifying and nurturing future talent. ✅ **What We’re Looking For:** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar roles. * Leadership capability. * Advanced Excel proficiency.
