Based on this experience and diversity, we work with customers, partners and researchers to find increasingly relevant answers to the needs of nutrition, health, naturalness and respect for our environment.** **Job Description*** Coordinate and supervise production processes, ensuring compliance with production planning and proper scheduling of work teams. * Ensure smooth operation of workshops regarding processes, quality, cleanliness, order, discipline and safety. * Resolve issues related to process, equipment operation, product quality and personnel management by proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Control quality of in-process and finished products, especially creams, ensuring compliance with quality standards, GMP, safety and hygiene regulations. * Prepare and monitor the area's fixed expense budget, and analyze weekly production results and consumption of raw materials and packaging materials. * Keep operational procedures database for assigned workshops up to date, and collaborate in preparing documentation for compliance with ISO standards. * Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering on major equipment interventions, analysis of recurring failures and implementation of technical improvements. * Supervise that staff comply with internal self-control instructions, safety, hygiene and quality standards, and maintain a professional and respectful working environment. * Participate in setting area objectives, collaborate with other departments (Quality, HR, Engineering), and lead investigations in response to customer complaints. * Organize, train and evaluate supervised personnel, authorize safety and hygiene items, and act as liaison with HR on team-related matters. **Requirements** **Education:** * Preferred background in Industrial, Chemical or Food Engineering. Professionals from other engineering fields demonstrating relevant technical experience and competencies, as evaluated by Industrial Management, will also be considered. **Experience and Knowledge:** * Minimum five years of experience in similar responsibility roles within medium or large-sized food or chemical companies. * Solid knowledge of production processes, with ability to identify and optimize key stages. * Experience in food safety management systems. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) standards. * Familiarity with regulations on storage and handling of chemicals, industrial waste management and spill response protocols. * Advanced proficiency in computer tools (Excel, management systems, etc.). * Intermediate to advanced English (mandatory). Intermediate to advanced French (desirable). * Familiarity with basic industrial safety rules: use of PPE, order, cleanliness and accident prevention. * Ability to interpret and apply information contained in safety data sheets (MSDS). * Availability to work full time from Monday to Friday. **Competencies:** Drive individual development: * Support your own development and that of others. * Manage complexity, uncertainty and ambiguity.
