We seek a profile that is analytical and strategically minded—capable of professionalizing and standardizing planning, progress tracking, and temporal/economic deviation control across our projects. Key Challenges of the Role **Master Planning:** Define and implement the company-wide planning standard **Portfolio and Deviation Control:** Monitor actual vs. planned progress across all active projects, identifying deviations and bottlenecks early. **Executive Reporting:** Design and maintain a unified Dashboard to present portfolio health status in follow-up committees with Management and Executive Leadership. We are an electrical engineering company specializing in turnkey electrical construction projects. Requirements **Education:** Postgraduate degree in Project Management. Graduate in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related construction fields. (Not mandatory) **Experience:** Minimum 4–5 years in Planning, Project Control, PMO, or Project Management within construction, infrastructure, or engineering firms.
