We are looking for a highly qualified and meticulous **Extrusion Operator** to join our production team. As a flexographic printing company, the quality of our base material is paramount. You will be responsible for operating, adjusting, and maintaining the extrusion machine to produce high-quality **plastic film (LDPE, HDPE, PP)**, which will serve as the raw material for our flexographic printing. Key Responsibilities * **Extruder Operation:** Set up, operate, and monitor the extrusion machine for producing tubular or flat film. * **Quality Control:** Ensure compliance with specifications for **thickness (microns)**, width, surface tension (dynes), and roll quality, minimizing waste. * **Material Handling:** Prepare resin blends, additives, and master batches according to production formulas. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Perform daily cleaning, screen changes, and basic unit maintenance to ensure optimal performance. * **Safety:** Strictly follow safety protocols and equipment handling procedures. Essential Requirements * **Proven experience** of at least 3 years as a Plastic Film Extrusion Operator (preferably in the flexible packaging industry). * Solid knowledge of **polymer properties (LDPE, HDPE, PP)** and extrusion processes. * Ability to interpret production orders and perform **fine adjustments** of machinery (die head, thickness control, winder).
