Job Description: We are seeking Senior/Senior-Senior QA Analysts to join C\&S for high-quality, rigorous projects. Selected candidates will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and tracking software testing activities to ensure products meet specified requirements and are free of defects. This role involves collaborating with development teams to identify critical areas and conduct functional, usability, and performance testing. Additionally, candidates must document test results and generate detailed reports for sharing with development and management teams. A minimum of six years’ prior experience in software quality analysis is required, along with in-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and both automated and manual testing tools. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing project requirements. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze functional and technical requirements, identifying inconsistencies or early risks. * Design, execute, and maintain **manual test cases** (functional, regression, smoke, UAT). * Develop and maintain **automation scripts** (UI, API, and/or mobile). * Define testing strategies and acceptance criteria jointly with PO, Dev, and UX. * Execute automated regression tests within CI/CD pipelines. * Manage and document defects, tracking them to resolution. * Validate integrations, services, and APIs. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices. * Support production releases and perform post-deployment validations. * Provide support and mentorship to Senior-Senior or Junior QAs. ### **Role Within the Team** * Serve as the team’s **quality reference point**. * Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owner, and Scrum Master. * Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives). * Drive continuous improvement of testing and automation processes. * A degree in Computer Science or related fields, certifications in software quality analysis, and experience in complex software projects will be considered favorably.
