This is your opportunity to join a global company that invests in professional development and the well-being of its employees! **Location:** Industrial Plant – General Acha, La Pampa **Modality:** On-site – Requires residency in the area **What you will do:** * + Supervise the shift team in the efficient use of raw materials, ensuring production targets are met. + Identify deviations, suggest and implement immediate solutions as well as root cause resolutions. + Supervise production personnel and work closely with the quality control department. + Report daily absences and unexpected situations to the HR department regarding updates on supervised staff.
