This role offers the chance to work with advanced tools and collaborate with skilled colleagues from around the world. **Responsibilities** * Build and implement Salesforce solutions that align with organizational objectives * Create detailed technical documentation and design specifications for development tasks * Oversee the configuration and customization of Salesforce environments * Partner with cross\-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other systems and successful project execution **Requirements** * At least 3 years of experience working in Salesforce development roles * In\-depth understanding of Salesforce, with strong skills in core clouds such as Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, thriving in a team\-based setting * Comfortable operating in a fully remote work environment * English language proficiency (written and spoken) at B2\+ level or above **Nice to have** * Background with Salesforce Field Service for optimizing field operations and service delivery
