This is your opportunity to join a global company that invests in professional development and the well-being of its employees! **Location:** Industrial Plant – General Acha, La Pampa **Modality:** On-site – Requires residency in the area **What you will do:** * Ensure compliance with procedures and standards in all activities, promoting a prevention culture aimed at achieving accident-free operations. * Supervise with the team the efficient use of raw materials, ensuring their correct application according to the recipes defined for each type of production. * Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency by working on key indicators such as utilization of available time (ME) and minimizing production waste (BP), applying continuous improvement tools. * Monitor and manage indicators related to sustainable practices during production processes, performing trend analysis to identify improvement opportunities. * Foster integration of multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration and focus on common objectives. **What we are looking for in you:** * University degree in engineering: chemical or other specialization focused on production/process improvement **(Mandatory)** * Demonstrable experience as a lead supervisor/production manager in industrial plants, preferably in continuous processes **(Mandatory)** * Intermediate oral and written English proficiency. * Strongly valued: theoretical-practical knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools for enhancing production/processes. **Dare to take your next step at Etex!** We believe in our employees' career development.
