We are currently seeking a Facilities Supervisor to join our team at our Industrial Complex located in Puerto General San Martín, Santa Fe. We are looking for technical profiles with a minimum of 3 years of experience supervising areas such as facilities management, cleaning, pest control, and landscaping, preferably within large industrial operations. We recommend carefully reviewing the job requirements before applying, as we will prioritize candidates whose profiles closely match the specified criteria. **Main responsibilities:** Coordinate cleaning services in common areas, landscaping, and pest control. **Supervise general civil tasks within the complex:** repairs to yards, roads, perimeter fencing, plumbing, locksmith work, glass surfaces, and general enclosures. Manage and organize the operation of the Workshops area, ensuring order and cleanliness. Supervise personnel within the department and contracted companies providing services in the area. Ensure the replenishment of cleaning supplies and tools, guaranteeing their proper distribution. Coordinate logistics with companies responsible for the removal of non-hazardous urban or industrial waste. Verify that legal procedures and final disposal certificates are provided and forwarded to the Safety, Health, and Environment department. **Requirements:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (full suite).
