This role is key to driving regional innovation and transforming how our customers live their digital lives. **Responsibilities** * Lead and manage the end-to-end development of the Super App, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope. * Define and prioritize functional and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors. * Design flows, user journeys, and wireframes to ensure an intuitive experience. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (development, QA, UX/UI, security, vendors). * Implement control dashboards and tracking KPIs. * Analyze global benchmarks and bring best practices into the regional context. **Requirements** * Academic background: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Master’s degree in Project Management, Digital Innovation, or related areas is desirable. * Certifications (desirable): Scrum Master, PMP, Product Owner. **Experience:** * 5+ years leading digital projects in fintech, digital banking, or technology. * Proven experience in developing super apps or integrated digital ecosystems. * Experience managing international vendors and multidisciplinary teams. **Technical skills:** * Solid knowledge of UX/UI, APIs, microservices, digital wallets, and payment systems REQUIRED. * Proficiency with tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, Figma, Jira, Trello, Confluence. * Intermediate to advanced English (desirable). **Skills and competencies** * Leadership and influence within internal and external teams. * Executive communication and effective decision-making. * Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset. * Organization and priority management in dynamic environments. **Benefits** * Be part of a disruptive regional project. * Professional growth within a team driving digital innovation. * Flexible working model (remote). * Job stability and legal benefits. * Salary negotiable.
