Teamwork and customer service orientation In the Monitoring role, you will be responsible for overseeing security systems, analyzing alerts, and responding promptly to potential incidents. You will work closely with the team to ensure quality service and the safety of our customers. This is an on-site position located in Rosario. Requirements - Ability to monitor security systems and maintain effective surveillance at all times. - Skills in problem-solving, handling situations under pressure, and making quick decisions. - Prior experience with monitoring tools and security-related software is desirable. - Complementary competencies include clear communication, teamwork, and a customer service orientation. - Minimum English proficiency level B1 (Mandatory) - Full-time availability for rotating shifts. -Requirements- Minimum education: High school years of experience Languages: English Age: 18 years or older
