**Job Details** ------------------------- We are looking for a User Service Attendant Guard for our location in Bogotá! Position: User Service Attendant Guard Location: Calle 98, Northern Bogotá Contract: Indefinite term \- full legal benefits and corporate perks. Salary: $1\.533\.603 \+ $200\.000 transportation allowance \+ statutory benefits Schedule: Rotating shifts Monday to Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (44 weekly hours, no overtime or similar). Two Saturdays per month from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. What will be your purpose? Ensure the safety of the facility, guide users through their care process, and provide logistical and human support to guarantee a secure, efficient, and welcoming experience from arrival. Your main responsibilities will be: Security and access control, internal patrols, and accompaniment during risky situations Patient guidance: managing digital queues, identifying users, and proper routing Assisting with receiving supplies, suppliers, and administrative needs Supporting facility opening and closing procedures Activating alarms and contacting support networks during complex situations Completing required forms, supporting institutional events, and health education Assisting with patient transfers within the unit using wheelchairs Profile we are seeking: High school graduate with a valid Security Guard certification Minimum 1 year of security experience, preferably in the healthcare sector Service-oriented attitude, clear communication, and focus on user guidance Availability for rotating shifts If you are passionate about protecting, serving, and providing a secure and humane first contact experience for patients, we want you on our team! \#J\-18808\-Ljbffr **Base Salary****:** Negotiable **Source****:** Jobleads
