Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. **The Job** * Prepare methodical content reports for different analyzes that are used internally and/or shared with other teams, such as Programming, Acquisitions and Finance. * Collect and collate lists of content analytically based on variables such as titles, costs and license periods, among others, for different processes. * Data entry in the information traffic system related to box office and other associated fields. * Requests to Finance in relation to changes in license periods, passes, unification of material numbers and the like. * Control the correct execution in the traffic system of the requests made to Finance and align if necessary. * Various tasks within the framework of planning, organizing and distributing content. * Management and maintenance of the tool that is used for the Programming teams to comply with the Brazilian Law. * Execution of processes after the acquisition of content in everything related to rights. **The Essentials** * Experience in information and content analysis. * Excellent command of Excel. * Possess an advanced or bilingual level of English and an excellent command of Excel, including advanced functions. **The Nice to Haves** * Administration and related studies will be valued * Genuine interest and knowledge of audiovisual content will be valued * Word and PowerPoint * Knowledge of content programming **How We Get Things Done…** This last bit is probably the most important!
